Testing Capabilities

• Power Test Dynamometer 2700 HP continuous (currently limited to 1250 HP continuous by test panel.)

• Test panel capacity is 1200 Amp at 460 V AC, 240 Amp at 2300 V AC, 120 Amp at 4160 V AC.

• Stanley Electric has installed a 6'x 12'x 1' in-floor cast iron base pad with T-slots securely mounting the motors down during testing.  The base pad was filled with epoxy grout, minimizing any possibility of resonant vibration meeting IEEE specifications for a massive test base. This allows Stanley Electric to perform full load dynamometer testing of electric  motors including vibration analysis with no influences from the dynamometer.

• Steelman Industries model 888BA-E striping oven equipped with a strip chart recorder which has a temperature probe mounted on stator core to accurately monitor core temperature during stripping process

• Steelman Industries model #8810GTC bake out oven with fire suppression system and strip chart recorder to monitor cure and baking process time 

Stanley Electric provides the complete predictive maintenance programs:

• Stanley Electric employs the ENTEK I.R.D. Data Pac 1500 data collector with Entek Odyssey Software. This includes spectrum analysis in velocity, Spike Energy, and acceleration. Associated analysis programs are startup/coast down and dynamic balancing. A full report is prepared and sent to our customers.

• Stanley Electric performs surge comparison and polarization index test, followed by a complete report delivered to our customers.
