Company offers a full range of standard and custom tests to ensure our
customers satisfaction when purchasing a new motor. The motor being
tested (as shown below) was purchased from Stanley Electric’s inventory
for a refinery customer for critical, unspared service. To ensure
reliability in that application a complete dynamometer test with vibration
data
is taken
under
full load in accordance
with API 541, Revision 3. All documentation
is supplied in a report to the
customer after tests. The reports will include
horsepower, torque, speed, power factor,
efficiency,
temperature rise and vibration data
taken.
