The engineers at Stanley can design any transition base you may need in all shapes and sizes. Whether an above NEMA frame, like the above base Continental Electric NP905Z to Siemens 5810S frame with an 8" rise, or a NEMA frame like below, a Allis- Chalmers 254 to Siemens 213T frame transition base with only a 1" rise.

This motor is a 350 HP 514 RPM Reliance, WPII motor with a 5812S frame.
The base next to it will allow it to replace a motor with a 6808L frame.
→ To the right is a base designed for a conversion between a GE K6354VRY to a 30L frame for a 900 HP vertical explosion proof motor.
← To the left is a picture of a Stanley engineered and manufactured adaptor base for a transition between a 7000 HP General Electric 63693Z to a Siemens 8012 frame.
The three transition bases above were for three identical Siemens 1250 HP motors, one of which is seen to the left. The bases allowed for a transition from a 688SU to 5810S frame.
The completed base to the left was designed for a change from a 500CS6 to a 5810US frame. The base will raise the 3000 lb motor a total of 3.20", with tolerances +0.000, -0.005. The top is machined to a finish of 125 microinches in units of RMS. Jacking pockets, eight in total, are installed on each side of the base to make laser alignment easier and more accurate. With our HAAS CNC machine we can engrave any motor information so that the base can be identified in a way that can endure an industrial application.
